Please read through the terms and conditions before placing any orders:
– As all products are pre-orders, please allow a lead time of 3-4 weeks before the products can be delivered to you.
– For food products, we recommend couples to place their orders only 2 months before their wedding date. Note that most products have a minimum expiry date of 3 months, from the date of purchase.
– As most of the products are paper packaging, it may be inevitable to have some defects if products are not handled properly during transit. We will not be responsible for any damages to the products while in transit, but please be rest assured that we will thoroughly check all items for any defects prior to shipping and as much as possible, package all items to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit.
PAYMENT
– All payment must be made within 24 hours after orders are placed, otherwise order will be void.
– We accept only bank transfer (ATM or iBanking) at the moment. All payments will have to be made to DBS Savings Plus 100-7-041997.

*We accept only i-banking and fund transfers to facilitate the payment process.
– We will reply within 48 hours to acknowledge the payment. If you do not receive a reply from us, please check your spam mail, otherwise resending your email will be greatly appreciated.
– Once we have acknowledged the payment, we will process the order immediately.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
– As all products are pre-orders and will be shipped from Japan only after orders are placed, please allow a lead time of 3-4 weeks before your item reaches you.
– Prices stated are already inclusive of shipping costs of products from Japan.
– As all products are fragile, we will only use air mail via courier services to ensure that all your products are handled with care. However, we need to highlight again that as most of these are paper packaging, it is inevitable for slight damages during transit and we will not be responsible for it. Still, we will assure you that all parties involved will try our best to keep the products in its tip-top condition.
– However, postage cost after items have arrived in Singapore will be borne by the customer.
– In order to keep the parcels safe, and protect your interest, all parcels will be delivered via SpeedPost or Ta-Q-Bin at a fixed cost of $10 (a top-up will only be required if your item exceeds 3kg and should that happens, we will inform you immediately).
– This way, your item will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days as soon as it has arrived in Singapore.
CANCELLATION
– Please note that no cancellation will be allowed once orders are placed. Changing of orders after orders are placed may be reviewed on a case by case basis.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
– All products sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
